Cake Delivery Policy
- Delivery Areas: Faisalabad, Lahore, Sheikhupura, Samundri – and all surrounding areas of Faisalabad.
- Same‑Day Delivery (Faisalabad only): Order before 2:00 PM – your cake will be delivered by 8:00 PM the same day.
- Next‑Day Delivery (Lahore, Sheikhupura, Samundri & Faisalabad suburbs): Order before 6:00 PM for delivery the next day.
- Order Tracking: You will receive SMS and WhatsApp updates once your cake is out for delivery.
Returns & Refunds
- Damaged or Wrong Cake: If your cake arrives damaged or you receive the wrong flavour/design, notify us within 2 hours with clear photos. We will replace it for free or issue a full refund.
- Cancellation (Change of Mind): You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it (before we start baking). A full refund will be issued.
- Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method (COD, card, EasyPaisa, JazzCash).
Our Promise: Every cake is baked fresh, packed with love, and delivered with care. If your cake arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right – because your celebration matters to us.
