This helps us confirm orders, share delivery updates, and provide customer support. Your WhatsApp data is not shared with third parties and is deleted after 6 months unless needed for legal or warranty purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process and deliver your cake orders
• To send order updates via SMS, WhatsApp, or email
• To improve our products and customer service
• To send promotional offers (only if you opt in)

4. Mobile Payments (EasyPaisa / JazzCash)

If you choose to pay via EasyPaisa or JazzCash, your transaction ID and mobile number are shared with the payment provider to complete the transfer. We do not store your mobile account password or PIN. For refunds, we may need your mobile number again to send money back via the same method.

5. Sharing with Delivery Partners

To ensure your cake reaches you fresh and on time, we share your name, phone number, and delivery address with our trusted delivery riders (e.g., local couriers, Bykea, or our own fleet). They are contractually bound to use this data only for delivery and to delete it after 24 hours.

6. Sharing of Information

We never sell your personal data. We may share your information only with:

• Delivery partners (as described above)
• Payment processors (to complete your transaction securely)
• Legal authorities if required by Pakistani law

We use industry‑standard SSL encryption for all payment transactions. Your data is stored securely and accessible only to authorised staff members who need it to fulfil your orders.

8. Use of Customer Reviews and Cake Photos

When you share a photo of your cake on our website, WhatsApp, or social media (Facebook, Instagram), you grant us permission to repost that image on our own channels with credit to you. If you do not wish to have your photo used, please tell us when sending the image. We will never use your photo without your approval.
